Objective
The aim of this Symposium is to bring the researchers (faculty, post doctorate and graduate students) from various universities/institutes in India, in contact with each other and with the faculty and students from the National University of Singapore. It is hoped that this will encourage close interactions and future scientific collaborations between the two countries.

The University of Hyderabad, a premier institution of post graduate teaching and research in the country, was established by an Act of Parliament (Act No. 39 of 1974) on 2nd October, 1974 as a Central University, Wholly financed by the University Grants Commission.
